5 Things I’ve learned since college

Its been a sec since I’ve been in college so here’s my take in different tips and tricks I’ve learned in the field hope you get some sparks flying.

1 when applying to jobs know your worth don’t settle for less

2 sometimes it’s gets me nervous but don’t be afraid to input your feedback

3 learn. learn. learn. I like doing this by observing. For example, see how people interact with each other. How they communicate ideas across. It helps me collaborate better.

4 Don’t forget if you see someone else doing a great job or improving a process. Give them the praise they should have it. Lift them up.

5 It’s ok if you don’t like the feedback your being given but keep an open mind maybe it can make your idea more than what it can be you just don’t know it in the moment
